Ticket exchange is easy, just go to zone G sook siam and they open from 17.30 for dinner cruise exchange. Waiting for your turn to enter the ship is quite tiring because you have to take turns with other ships. For entertainment, there is live music. The food is quite fresh seafood. Juice drinks for one drink and free flow water. If you want to order something else, you have to pay. It was quite worth the experiences.

Overall nice experience and good food. kinda hard to dind voucher redemption counter but staff at Icon Siam is very helpful. But the staffs at cruise looks tired and wants the dinner is ended soon 😅

Rate the whole program 7/10. You should not book tickets in advance but should buy them directly at the counter. Go to Iconsiam and play for about 2 hours to buy tickets at the counter. The price may be a bit higher than booking in advance but you will get to choose the upper position. The food is not special, the seafood is cold. But in return, the staff is friendly and cheerful. An experience to try when coming to Bangkok.

very nice experience, 2 hours on a very nice boat. the food is all delicious, no need to worry about running out because it is always refilled. if your birthday is on the same day, you can get a free birthday cake. the staff is very friendly and helpful ♡♡

We had booked Chaopraya Cruise dinner tickets on Traveloka well in advance with a special request for seats at the upper desk, but when exchanging tickets, the cruise team said that Traveloka did not convey our order to sit at the upper desk. So with the fairly expensive dinner price, we felt that this was very disappointing.

I booked two months in advance, hoping for the best view, especially when passing the majestic Wat Arun temple. However, I was given a table in the corridor, which made it difficult to see. There was a lot of food available, but only a few dishes tasted good, and the BBQ had poor-quality meat. Since the main buffet was in the same area, when the staff opened it, everyone rushed in like it was a war to get the food, completely ruining the luxury atmosphere I was expecting. Separate food stalls would help avoid crowding and long queues. The staff initially cleared dirty dishes quickly, but after that, they seemed to disappear, leaving the guests beside me with a tower of dirty dishes. Additionally, there was no waiting area, which was inconvenient, especially during the rainy season—a tent would at least provide some shelter.☹️

It was raining and I couldn't eat. I ran in and out and put away all the plates and spoons. When I came back, everything was a mess. I couldn't eat. The cocktail I ordered was ruined. It was raining on everything. It wasn't okay at all.

One of the most memorable was when I went to Thailand yesterday. It rained at the beginning but it was really fun. The food was pretty good, the salmon was fresh and there was really delicious cendol ice. Hopefully I can go there again 🫶
