It was a good experience. The crew were very frinedly and professional but the dishes was not very diverse and the area of taking food was a bit tight so they had to wait very long.

Everything is good, the cruise was good, the food was good, ghe crew teams were nice EXCEPT FOR app service system. 😡😡😡 When we arrived at the cruise tickets office. We were told by the Princess Cruise staff that they had our information, but the system announced that we haven’t paid for our tickets yet?!? And we could not contact Traveloka service team or the phone number on the Traveloka booking cruise site! 😡😡 We arrived early at 6pm and had to wait for 1,5 HOURS and almost COULDN’T GET ON THE CRUISE. Luckily my Thai friend helped with contacting the Princess cruise head office and the staff were very helpful finally we were still admitted to get on. I’m so disappointed with my experience with Traveloka this time, I recommend having the customer service chatting with REAL PEOPLE, not some random AI chat bot, so silly 🙂 With this price I recommend you guys book on Klook or the Cruise official website 😔
