The housekeeping did an excellent job to change the bed sheets and keep the place clean. Reception staff were also very helpful and responsive.

The property was not the newest, but everything was very clean and tidy. The beds were very comfortable with down pillows and duvets. The staff are very friendly and the pool was fantastic with our kids. When we were there, they were just installing brand-new gym equipment.

The room was tidy,a little run down in areas though,carpets were worn and paint needed some touch ups. Room service was limited and they only delivered one meal but two drinks. We had previously stayed at Crowne Plaza three years ago. That was a great stay,this time not as good.

The rudest duty manager ever. She would Not let me have 1 visitor up to my room after 11pm. She also wouldn’t let me bring my partner back up to the room Because when I checked in my partner did not register….. absolute bull crap. She needs to find another job.

The hotel itself is very good overall.
There are some features that are not so good:-
Car parking is very limited but you can park in an underground car park a couple of hundred meters away if you get a ticket from the hotel first;
The location of the hotel is not close to anything at all, not even a bus route to the city centre.

I always stay at the Crowne if I can absolutely love it perfect placement if you want to stay in the heart of the city, barely any road noise and the beds are so comfy.
My only issue was that they don’t have cots but I should have bought my iwn
