The hotel's prime location made it incredibly easy to access a variety of options, from the bustling Town Hall area to the vibrant attractions of Darling Harbour. The room was clean, well-appointed, and offered everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day of exploring the city. The staff were a standout feature of my stay—always pleasant, approachable, and willing to assist with any requests or questions I had. Their friendly demeanor added a personal touch to the overall experience. Whether you're in Sydney for business or leisure, the Crowne Plaza Darling Harbour offers a convenient, comfortable, and welcoming stay. I'll definitely consider returning for my next trip to the city.

The place was amazing, was very clean and tidy. Both my bf and I enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. They allowed us to dropped our bags off early and kept our bags even after check out as our flight was later in the afternoon. Overall, a great place to stay at and it’s near the city so it was very convenient.
