This hotel says that they offer airport shuttle service, which is one of the main reasons we booked here.
We had a rental car from the airport that we were returning the evening before our flight the next day. We dropped our luggage at the hotel before returning the car to the airport. We wanted to be picked up at the airport to be transported back to the hotel—same as if we had flown in—but were told this is not possible.
The receptionist said that if they did that 'they would be going back and forth to the airport all day.' This of course is not true, as we only wanted to use the shuttle to be picked up from the airport once and dropped off at the airport once.
Additionally, the walls of the hotel are VERY thin. We were kept awake most of the night by our neighbours evening activities and blaring their TV for the whole night.

Our room was very run down. Fan/light in the bathroom was so loud and clanked the whole time it turned on, housekeeping never left enough towels (3 guests in our room, yet only ever 2 towels), no face cloths, hand towel, or moisturizer available. When we requested a room clean 1 day the only thing housekeeping did was make the bed and replace toilet paper. Bathroom counter wasnt wiped even though we cleared it for cleaning. Pool was nice and deep, however there were only 2 sun loungers and the sun umbrella is all ripped. Cockroach in the bathroom one day. Check in staff was so incredibly rude for no reason whatsoever. Even after giving feedback a day in, no effort was made to fix any of our concerns.

In general we enjoyed our stay! The pool was lovely. The staff were very friendly. The rooms are a little dated and we would have liked a refresh with fresh towels during our stay and didn’t know we had to request this. The room service while prompt was overly expensive for the standard of food so would not reccomend. Overall the motel was fine for what it is and we would stay again.

Stayed a night on the lower floor unit. Overall it was comfortable. The gentleman who helped us at the reception was very friendly and helpful. The free airport transfer was a bonus... an Uber ride would have cost at least $25!

The Motel was close to the Airport and had all the usual amenities but one very noisy fridge. When the motor started up, it was like having some angry animal in my room. I ended up turning the fridge off at the wall in order to get some sleep and turned it back on in the morning.

Awful hotel, not like photos at all. Run down and small room. Advertised as airport hotel but very far from airport. Very disappointing to have to spend our last night of our Australian vacation here. Was looking forward to this hotel stay but sorely disappointed. Definitely do not recommend. Based on the misleading advertising on hotels.com for this hotel I will not be using Hotels.com again for further bookings.
