Great comfortable stay. Family room had 2 bathrooms and was an adjoining room so we could close the door between the two rooms while the kids were going to sleep. Facilities were great. Free table tennis and great kids games room. Pool was lovely and warm with pool towels and room towels always available. Gardens were beautiful and well manicured. Staff always greeted us on a friendly manner and we were very appreciative of the umbrellas in the wet weather. Easy parking right outside your room. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Breakfast was simple but enough. Kids loved the pancakes and hot chocolate each morning. My only criticism is the pillows in the room are not at all comfortable. Would recommend to bring your own.

Our room was clean and tidy. The gardens were lovely. No shops nearby. Needed to drve to Leura Mall to eat or buy provisions. However, the Resort was set in a lovely locale.

Loved the location. Walk to Sublime Point and short drives to lookout areas. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Kudos to Paul for the fabulous upkeep of the gardens! He was very friendly and helpful at the pool.

The rooms smelt fresh and airy, with the convenience of a fridge, microwave and crockery/cutlery. The gardens/grounds, chess board etc were immaculate and beautiful to relax in.

Checkout staff member was nice, but when I checked in I was treated with cold indifference.
The electronic key to my room failed in the morning, meaning I had to run up and down stairs three or four times getting a new one and then getting a staff member to come up and let me into the room.
Breakfast: staff member cleared away my food and full cuppa in the 2 minutes I took to get something extra to eat.
Clean, tidy, safe, lovely outlook from the room, but the whole vibe of the place was pretty cold.

The stays is more or less proportional to the cost however, the Internet did not work and after a handful of visits to the office and being deflected with incorrect answers, we had to use our own mobiles to create hotspots to do some work we needed to complete.
