We stay here all the time its convenient to city and my work, great pub attached good restaurant, the staff are amazing so friendly and so helpful, its the best of the best for the price

Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was included but there were no plates or spoons to eat the cereal with and no dishwashing liquid or teatowel to wash up the cups. We went to the restaurant. Great food and service from restaurant and bar staff. As we are elderly found the stairs hard as there is no lift.

Love The Ranch. Only complaint is they need a lift. Seriously, lumping suitcases up flights of stairs is a big issue. Staff were good enough to take care of this. Staff are very helpful and personable. Especially restaurant and bar staff. I would however recommend you consider The Ranch. Pretty close to Rail and Metro system.

The hotel changed my booking at the last minute so when I arrived to check into a King room, they gave me a Queen. Apparently they had given my room away to another guest !

We have stayed here a few times. This time though I wasn't happy with a couple of things. The wall near the bed had mould and possible water damage from the bathroom. A couple of times I asked for the manager but never heard from them. One night I had no hot water and when they came in to refresh the room, I thought they would have given us clean towels. I was a bit disappointed that breakfast was only on the weekends. The breakfast pack wasn't all that good.It needs to be refurbished. I can say it's close
to shops and transport.

When we arrived around 9pm, the door of hotel was closed but there was an instruction telling us to go to the bar next to the hotel. We needed to drag our luggages there and then dragged it back to get in. Would have been better if there is a doorbell or intercom.
The location is not far away from the MRT station. It is a small hotel without lift/elevator so you'll have to walk upstair with your luggage.
The room is clean and spacious and quiet at night but would get noisy due to the traffic early in the morning.
Be reminded, the breakfast offered by hotel is a simple pack with cereal, milk and juice in the room. Having said that, the price is pretty economical so for anyone only needs a place to stay over, it's still a good choice.

Having Drink vouchers on arrival was a lovely touch. The rooms themselves look recently refurbished or at least very well maintained. It was a pleasant stay.

It did nor have a record of my last minute booking. So too for another guest booking in at the same time. Receptionist was rude and unhelpful. Made me wait half an hour only to say no room was available. No offer to assist finding alternative accommodation. I don’t expect five star service at The Ranch but a little human decency would have been appreciated.

I liked it was close to a shopping centre and there was a restaurant and bar attached. The room was clean and very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and I loved the shower, with the big showerhead. The staff were very helpful and pleasant.
