The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. At times especially in the pool it was difficult to relax due to the other guests not looking after their children. As a teacher this is difficult to turn the work buttons off. Even when the rules were explicitly pointed out and the area had signage displayed it took the swift staffs objections to parents to ensure they were watching their children closely. The hotel was close to easy transport to access shopping and airport shuttles. The hotel was very close to the shopping precinct and beach.

Great location, large room with plenty of seating and comfortable bed. Self check-in instructions to save time and all for a very reasonable price. Will definitely be staying here again

Very clean very accessible and lovely friendly staff that didn’t put a false face on for the customer.
Our room had a lovely view from the balcony on 7th foor perfect for watching the storms. Id definitely recommend staying here.

This property cancelled on us as we arrived in the airport! They did book us into an alternative property which was definitely a step down from what we had booked. The staff were very apologetic but had confirmed our booking the day before so was extremely surprised and extremely disappointed to receive the call to cancel as we arrived on the Gold Coast.

Enjoyed our stay. Family of 4. Apartment was excellent and in a good location close to Surfers Paradise and a tram stop right out the front to go further. Apartment had everything needed to make the stay comfortable. Car parking a positive being free of charge.

Very well positioned, walking distance to beach and cavil ave, tram outside door. Very friendly staff and new owner. This is the third time have used this accommodation.

There is no dining facility so there was no way of using the VIP benefit which was $31 off food and beverage when we made the booking, instead we were handed over a cheap $5 bottle of wine. V disappointing
