A lovely 2 night stay to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The room was spacious, clean and had a very comfortable king bed. The bathroom was great spotlessly clean and had a spa bath as well as a nice shower. The unit was extremely quiet and parking just outside.

We had an excellent stay at Serafino- we had a little hiccup on checkin that was remedied professionally, what amazing customer care! Thank you Maria Maglieri and the Serafino team. We would gladly stay here again! It’s a great location, quiet, comfortable , clean , in the heart of where you want to be!

Really easy check in experience. We felt welcomed. Room was very large, thick black out curtains to keep the light out. A little tired maybe. The instant coffee was dreadful! The 2 coffee pods were lovely, but more would have been welcomed. The pool area is wonderful, however such wasted space in the "pool room". It would have made much more sense to have a shower and toilet so you didn't have to make the trek over, dripping with water, to your room, then have to remember the code to get back into the area. A prime location to add solar panels to the roof to improve energy efficiency.

Beautiful and friendly staff. Super comfortable firm mattress. Large room. Amazing pool and surrounds. Free parking near room. Only slightly let down by tired shower caulking and water stained roof in bathroom. Exceptional value for money.

My husband and I had a lovely wedding anniversary staying at Serafino. We were always greeted by super friendly staff who were personable and always kind. We did the wine tasting where the staff were friendly and chatty, and then had the 3 course dinner in the restaurant. The food was just amazing, and I can still taste the super fresh ingredients (especially the pesto). We were gifted a glass of bubbles for our anniversary, and the restaurant was beautiful and we had gorgeous scenery having a window table.
Our only complaint was the coffee pod machine didn't work in our bedroom, but as soon as I mentioned it to reception, the lovely lady, made me 2 fresh latte's fern 8 the reception coffee machine for free.
Overall this place is just beautiful, I would love to make this a regular anniversary location for us

The restaurant was fantastic food was delicious and service in restaurant was outstanding our waitress Hope was very attentive efficient could not have asked for better nothing too much trouble and accommodation was good too.
