Excellent property, comfortable room with nice ensuite. Lovely garden, nice lounge and sitting areas. Great hosts who made us feel very welcome. Excellent breakfast - lots of options and cooked fresh. Definitely recommend

Amazing stay at this modern bed & breakfast! The hosts were lovely and the room was very comfortable and clean. The property even had a hot tub. Couldn’t fault it, would highly recommend!

The Loft set up was unique and gorgeous. We loved the designer fit out of The Loft and art deco styling in our private bathroom. The breakfast was great and the service impeccable. Loved the Belgian waffles and beer. Already planning our next trip to Sunny Side Up.

A unique experience on the Mornington Peninsula! Was a great stay and I highly recommend it to anyone. Location was great, breakfast was amazing, and the host was extremely kind and friendly. The room was very clean and had everything you needed.

The perfect weekend away from life for a break. Plenty of breakfast options, great communal kitchen space and private rooms. The hosts couldn't have been nicer (and were willing to share their gorgeous cats for a little pat when asked!). Will definitely be back; the best Mornington Peninsula B&B I've found.
