Room clean and customer service very nice

Very good on service. We lost something two times one is in breakfast restaurant and my friend forgot something in the room after checking out. They call us to pick it up. We are very appreciated their careful. Next time we will book this hotel again. In addition of good location and nice view with Pearl river.

Arrived at hotel at 09.30, and have to wait until 14.45 to get the key card.

Hotel it’s ok and lobby service okay good and hotel nearby Beijing Road near many shopping. I like this hotel.

Nice room, good place for shopping, nearby Metro station, railway station, intercity terminal and shopping area

The hotel room is spacious. The hotel restaurant serving breakfast is very impressive, in terms of variety of foods and decoration. Front counter customer services shall be improved. Some of them are not that helpful. The hotel is far away from any MRT station. I need to travel by DIDI to and from the station.

Very good services from the receptionist, strategic location near to metro station, worth for money.

Value for money, big room and bed, good location very close to subway station, and a lot of cheap restaurants nearby. Problem only the smell of the room from the toilet because no door only curtain.
