The hotel itself is really old but maintained well. The location is superb, you can just walk anywhere in the neighbourhood and loads of great places in the area. Hotel service (the hotel staff) are well trained, most of the are seniors, extremely helpful. PS: the hotel carpet smells and the shower is awful.

I have a good experience overall, especially with the administration process from check-in until check-out has a high flexibility process, I have forgotten to give the key back to the reception when check-out, while I'm already at the office, and they give me a solution to coming back to the hotel after office hours to give the key back, which I think that a simple solution with saving so much time for me. And I want to give a compliment to Mr Adrian at the front office, taking care of my administration process very well from check-in until check-out, also accompanied by the key problems. Mr Adrian also gives an extra service even if it's only a simple thing, but it matters. Overall I liked this hotel and everything works fine, but I have a recommendation, maybe the room needs to be installed with full carpet, it will feel more luxurious and warm, which can level up the guest experience. Thank you Sotis hotel, see you on another staycation.

The bedroom is nice, clean, but the staff may be forgotten to add another spoon since I found only 1 teaspoon for 2 cup of tea/coffee cup. And I cannot found soap inside the bathroom, only 2 shampoo available. Breakfast buffet just so-so, typically hotel breakfast minus sausages. Fitness center ac is not ON, so its quite hot that time. Swimming pool is on the rooftop. The plus point beside the clean room and nice cozy room is the hotel surrounded by so much restaurant, cafe, bar and supermarket also mall nearby. So its good to stay here and enjoy staycation at south Jakarta. Thanks Park Regis for memorable stay!

Simple hotel with cement wall and floor design, located in the main road, easy to access. Check-in and check-out process was quick and easy. My room was very clean with clean sheets and pillow case. Bathroom was great with hot water running freely also my WiFi also very fast. Breakfast menu was great with simple menu but delicious. They provide with laundry service with very clean result. Everything was great, very recommended hotel.

The place is good. Not far from main road but it is peacefully quiet. Located inside the neighborhood at Jalan Benda, it has stunning architecture from the outside. The rooms are clean, I love the ambience. The bathroom was quite a bit small. A nice option when you want to spend over a night around Kemang area.

Very good place for short and long stays. The room and bathroom quite spacious, very well design. The rooms have practical multifunction furniture, bed shelf and cupboard, so it’s very convenient for long stay. The residence has common pantry, all are well maintain and clean. The toilet tissue ran out, and I requested it to be refilled. However, no one came until noon. As I was about to leave, I also asked for the room to be cleaned, but when we returned at 10 PM, the room was still not cleaned, and the toilet tissue had not been refilled either. When I complained, they just apologized and asked me to wait, but we were very tired and traveling with a small child since it was already late at night. I asked to change rooms so we could rest quickly, but that was not possible.

grandkemang Hotel
Really low maintenance. Many things have to be upgraded (too old) and everything is dirty. I requested no smoking room but the whole room fully smelled smoke. Lobby is poor, the carpet is dirty and broken and the smell's not good. Hope the hotel management take concerns on this.
