3 Stars Hotels in Manguharjo

I stayed with family, I booked 2 rooms with connecting door. Everything is okay until you see the glass in the shower it's stained with water marks and looks very dirty. The thing I love most is the Indomaret downstairs and very good ayam bakar just opposite the hotel. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. I have stayed in many cities and hotels before and this is the only hotel that really clean the room everyday and you can see the result is not only just tidying the room. I really appreciate it.

Very disappointed. I booked superior room, upon my arrival it was downgraded to standard and no explanation was given. I also had selected wifi when booking, yet, there was no wifi. I called and I was told to use the lobby 's wifi. Room was very dirty and dusty. Very unfriendly receptionists as if she was forced to work there. Madiun is a beautiful city, yet, I will never go to this hotel ever again. And I will also make sure neither of my friends go there as well. Terrible experience.

Please give the punishment for the worker of the hotel, The worker don't have a good attitude for the customer!

The room floor was very dusty, shower temperature was very high and hot, requested to reduce temperature setting on water heater, but still a problem till checking out. The AC was not functioning well. The room was not cleaned after one night of 2 night stay. I'll never recommend this hotel to any of my family and/or friends.
