5 Stars Hotels in Batam

Book this hotel for my parents from jakarta, price is very reasonable, use this app or maybe others but don't know its same or not, I had really big cut price almost 70 percent than walk in, had standar 3 star hotel facilities, meal from restaurant also not expensive, clean, good portion, lot of menu and close till night, the most important for thus place is their location is on the centre of culiner and attraction, very convenient to stay here, just walking and enjoy your holiday, best order with traveloka and order thisnhotel if want stay around bengkong and can enjoy modt viral place in batam

Good, excellent, cool, near from shopping area

The hotel is old. Front desk staffs are not so friendly. The carpet with cigarette holes, linen with holes and not white anymore, arm chair’s cushion broken and smelly and chair with cigarette hole, are all worn out. Need renovation. Close to harbour bay mall, but the mall it self almost empty. Good that there is a supermarket. Close to other mall but hard to find reliable taxi in Batam, dominated by unregistered taxi who charge unreasonable fare.

I didn't get to stay at the hotel, that's why rating all bad…. I was told no room for me when I arrived to check in even though I have already paid through app. Hopefully this will never happen to other guests from now on. Thank you

Never come for Clean Room Next Day. No Provide 2 Room key If come with Family. If Consider International Standard as celebrate with Swiss-bell hotel. The Standard was not match even one (1) Star. So just Say Zest hotel do not Combined name with Swiss Bell Hotel. It was Spoil Swiss hotel name as well. In TV there is No International Channel only Local Channel. How can you consider Zest was an International Hotel. I stay many Times in Zest Hotel also I have Provided many times my Feed Back to Receptions as well. In Menu said many Things but when Order in Room Service Nothing was Available. So better Remove from your Room Service Menu. Just Write Those which was Available. No point so big menu but Nothing was Available. And We have to Buy from Grab Food or Other Restaurenet.

Got free upgrade to suites apparently I really appreciate that, it's my first ever stay at swiss bell hotel and it was amazing, as a hotelier I also expecting a great service and facilities and you all nailed that even though a bit disappointed with the gym being renovated during my stay but hopefully in the future it will be open, I'll be back swiss bell baloi I might expect a free upgrade too haha 😜😁 #JK. Mark my words, this won't be my last time staying at this hotel.
