My recent 3-day stay at Grand Rocky Hotel Bukittinggi was unfortunately a disappointing experience. The hotel, while offering a convenient location, fell short in terms of room quality, cleanliness, and overall maintenance. Room Condition: Outdated and worn-out: The room I stayed in appeared quite old and showed signs of wear and tear. Lack of maintenance: The room could have benefited from more attention to detail and regular maintenance. Dusty carpet: The carpet was noticeably dusty, which can be a concern for those with allergies or sensitivities. Bathroom Issues: Rusty showerhead: The showerhead was rusty and dirty, making it unhygienic and unpleasant to use. Poor maintenance: The overall condition of the bathroom suggested a lack of regular cleaning and maintenance. Door is rusty.

Kebersihan kamarnya agak kurang, karena masih ada kotoran/serpihan di katpet, ada sponge punya housekeeping buat bersih-bersih yang tertinggal di lantai kamar.

Comfortable hotel and close to heart of bukittinggi.

The room smelled of kitchen exhaust.

Cheapest room do not provide fan and aircon but the temperature can be cooling at night.

My stay was perfect. Really clean and spacious room with balcony. Ling and her staff are just amazing people.
