Hotels in Cilacap

I am very happy to have the opportunity to stay at the Whize Prime Hotel Cilacap, highly recommended for travelers, affordable prices and very close to the city center, everything is good, I like it. Bless you 🙏.

Hotel Dafam selalu jadi andalan menginap kalo sedang berkunjung ke luar kota. Kalo yang di Cilacap ini dengan harga super ekonomis bisa dapat kamar yang lega dengan nuansa elegan. Hanya saja akses ke kamar sangat jauh karena mungkin kelas paling bawah yang saya book.

Check in: Already requested to be beside with my sister room as possible but during check in time, got room far away, and when I mentioned it, this lady said my room is different grade with them, and also full. I noticed this lady is not trying enough to service. Room: Requested non smoking room but when entering the room, strong smell of smoking. Calling to reception to inform and exchange but the answer is Full. When going down to reception to one lady, saying it 's full again. This lady is same as before, not really helping. After coming home from wake at night, when my sister entering my booking room, she said this room is so strong smoking smell, can't stand it and stay there. So she called again to ask to change the room. But their solution when the 2 guys come to our room is to get maintenance with air freshener spray and we have to be outside the room for about 30mins. For us this really unhelpful, inconsiderate and unprofessional solution although this guy is better than that lady, at least he is trying to give solution. So I asked him to call or inform his manager to find another room for us. Finally he said there 's a room available, actually for emergency purposes. Anyway finally we can change room and sleep peacefully after tired for travelling to attend the wake and funeral.

The discounts on the application are true, the prices are cheaper on the application than going directly to the location.

11-13 April 2024 room 505 and 509. Overall it 's good. What needs to be improved: 1. There are not many food choices. 2. Slow feeding stocking filler. 3. Room 509 AC is not cold enough. 4. The elevator and corridors are hot, there is no AC.
