I was staying at Hyatt Makassar last month for few days. Find out the bedsheet got some yellowish stains on it, then even though I requested for quiet environment, we were given a connecting room which was next room guest made a scene in the middle of the night that we had to gave up our room and moved to other room as the noise, shouting and yelling were continued for hours. It was a tiring moment as needed to move out all our things to other room at 1AM

stayed for the 3rd time and this time it was a bit lacking.. ordered a bathrobe for a long time.. no laundry bag and sandals. even asked for slow response. hopefully in the future it won't be this long

Check in time very strict at 3pm. Noise from outside building can be heard. Good service by the FNB staffs, good coffee selection from espresso machine for breakfast. Wine beer liquor available. Don't expect varieties of food, suitable for business trips, not so for family gatherings. Feels like apartment than a hotel. Friendly staffs.
