Hotels near City of Tomorrow (CITO)

Having a staycation with my best friend. We also brought our kids. The hotel is family and kids friendly. The staffs are kindly and helpful. The ambiance is comfortable. The room is clean either. We also tried to have a breakfast. The food was also tasty and I preferred the local food. Kids enjoyed the food especially the sweets. There is also indoor playground for the kids. We really enjoyed staying in Best Western Papilio Hotel. Thank you for the great service.

A hotel just for sleep and leave after get enougj sleeping time.

The room was old and smelly. No towel in the room, had to ask to reception at midnight.

Staff very helpful and breakfast menu so various, even not very spacious area but love the layout

One of remarkable place to stay when you go to Surabaya. They offer nice and warm ambience and hospitality. You should try it.

those who can see things, come with ur own risk. especially those with babies, mine was crying unstoppably glancing to the same spot, and i think we can understand why since every hotel most likely have this kinda entity. the bed was large very comfortable altho i asked for non smoking room but still found the smoking traces everywhere, like the bathroom floor, the ashes was scattered without being cleaned up properly. i didnt pay much attention to the sheets nor the pillow since i was so tired, so i suppose i didnt see any particular stain that unacceptable. thus, i chose to stay here bcs its freakin close to the surabaya zoo. anyhow it was comfortable but i dislike their rules, why do they need to keep my id card untill the check out. i might need it so i dont like it.

Ac is very cold and the place is nice

Always feel great whenever we stay here, I think this was the 4th time we stayed in here for last 2 years. Great Hotel.!
