Disappointing Experience at My Favorite Hotel for Our Honeymoon
This hotel used to be my favorite place. Its strategic location, affordable price, and friendly service made me come back multiple times. The rooms were always tidy and clean, with direct access to the pool adding to our comfort. These wonderful memories from the past made me very confident in recommending this place to my partner for our honeymoon. Unfortunately, the reality now is far from what we expected.
The room we received this time was truly disappointing. It smelled of damp and mold, and the lights were dim, with some not working at all, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. The bed even had stains, the table was dusty, the soap and shampoo dispensers were hard to press, and the toilet was filthy. Cleanliness felt neglected, with moldy corners and small bugs like mites. Even the bottled drinking water hadn’t been replaced from the previous guest, and the elevator, which should have made things easier, was out of order.
The only good thing left is the strategic location and the staff, who tried to assist us when we expressed our dissatisfaction.
As a loyal customer, I sincerely hope the hotel can make significant improvements and clean every room thoroughly. I hope they consider renovating to restore the standards they once had. Unfortunately, for now, I will not return or recommend this hotel until there is a significant renovation.
