The room is clean and comfortable. The place is also near from many good places. The price is affordable.

The room was great space and very clean. The room service was also quick. The location of the hotel quite close to Jl. Pandanaran, souvenir center, and quite strategic to other landmarks of the city. It is very recommended for family trip.

My first time staying in Simpang Lima Residence which was pretty good. Located nearby Simpang Lima junction, so you don't need to be worried when you're craving for some food. The staffs were friendly. Checkin and checkout time were quick. It's worth for the price too. They had a cool coffee, but I didn't try food and beverages yet. Maybe next time.

I’ve been staying at this hotel for many times.. no regret at all, cause this is one of the best option I get. Great hotel with cheap price, near to Simpang Lima and CitraLand Mall. Clean room, AC and water heater all great. Just the parking is small so I had to move my car outside the hotel. Overall great. Thank you Citrip! Would love to come back soon.

The accommodation is actually ok not that special, but the people, has made the stay excellent. Start from the security, receptionist, porter, waiters were nice, kind and polite, made me and my family feeling at home. Definitely will Come back for next visit. So impressive cause they applied covid protocol properly. In such conditions all we need is a comfort, clean and safe room to stay. Spending time in lobby restaurant with a cup of coffee and having tasty food of breakfast before starting a new day were more than enough for me.

I had no big expectation when I booked the room for one night but it turned out to be a decent experience for my stay. Unique architecture from outside and the location itself is great, not too close to the busy road and lots of tourist attractions nearby. The room is spacious enough and comfortable for its price, but the bathroom could use some improvements. If you're looking for an affordable yet comfortable place to stay, I highly recommend this place.
