This hotel used to be good, now the quality has greatly decreased, the service is not good and not friendly, the room is also not clean. It could be better.

The staff was very helpful to us. The only thing that need it to fix is their parking spot, too crowded.

only minus the breakfast no one monitor the food till finish need to inform staff & also maybe most of the staff is trainee i & my partner came no one taking order.In the end the order i wait timsum for 20min never come.I ask the staff just to deliver at my room but still never come.

The pool and sauna were great. Most of the guests were out, so I kind of had them privately. Located in the city center, it's a bit pricey compared to other hotels nearby. Bed was OK, AC & water heater worked fine. Wi Fi was weak, we never watched TV so it didn't bother whatever channel displayed. Staffs were friendly.

Good location and close to central city. Stay 1 night with family.

Review jujur kami, kamar nomor 320 ac tidak dingin, mau komplain tapi sudah terlalu malam (karena check in malam). Pemandangan jendela tertutup tembok (sesuai harga). Pencahayaan kamar warna putih terang sebaiknya diganti dengan lampu warm white untuk memperkuat kesan mewah kamarnya. Selain itu kamar juga kurang soundproof suara orang jalan kaki diluar maupun kamar tetangga terdengar jelas sehingga kurang reccomend buat yg mau uhuk. Overall kamar dan kamar mandi bersih ditambah dengan kualitas air panas yang mantap tentu yakin membuat kami akan kembali ke hotel ini jika mau menginap sebentar.

Worth every penny, right in the city center - short distance to everywhere. Clean, bed comfy enough, AC and water heater worked well. Water dispenser available + 2 big bottles in the room. If you spend the rest of the day outside, this hotel is what you need.
