Hotels near Udayana Golf Driving Range

Wall paper was dirty, bed sheet spot, ac not cold enough (normally when we enter the room, room supposed to be cold already however this one was very hot, I wait till 6pm ac still not that cold)

The location of the hotel is very strategic and the staff is very friendly.

I think staying in the Sanur Agung Suite is better than staying in the Sanur Agung Hotel. When I entered the room, I asked the hotel reception to move to Sanur Agung Suite, but it was just so complicated to move. They have to call their marketing team first, which makes it so difficult. Turns out it is in different management. But, it could be improved. I can pay the extra charge; It is a complicated process I can't bear. The water pool was so cloudy when I lived there; I didn't have a chance to swim in the last 2 days because it was so cloudy.

Food was not quite representing the 5-star quality hotel but other services were excellent. Ms. Shinta in the restaurant gave us a good hospitality.

It was a nice stay however the bedsheet and towel cleanliness can be improved further. Bed is not firm with a sound. Water kettle is also dirty that made me afraid to use it. Room was spacious enough with nice access and good surroundings. Thank you!

Nice stay here, near to Boat station to Nusa Penida.

Not as good as others 101 branches such as jakarta and bogor, but still they have wonderful cleanliness.

It was the worst. There were cockroaches at the room. Hotel staffs were kind and they try to find another room for me. But there was cockroach again. The photos that provided from the hotel were scammer. It was really dirty place and I changed to another hotel. But I couldn't receive a refund.
