Could be better with their service. They couldn't help us with our spoilt luggage and refused to take in even we said we can pay for service. But it was a nice location. If you are light sleeper, you might find the morning train beep sounds would be loud. But I'm fine!

Very close with asakusa station. Good hotel, room is nice but no mineral water as compliment.

Better choose apa hotel near Asakusa, more stores and restaurants there.

For alone budget traveler, It 's valuable. Near train station and easy to excess from Narita Airport (use Access Express — orange line).

Room was not so big as expected BUT, our room got upgraded the very last day because we want to pack and unpack things, very thoughtful🥹. All are within walking distance, the mart, restaurant etc. And just in front kf the hotel, you can find Ginger Pork, the family restaurant that are so livesaving especially if you have kids who can't eat frozen reheated meal due to sensitive stomach. Nice quiet neighborhood near two train station (JR and Toei). There are quite many restaurant option in walking distance. And of course there are nearby Seven Eleven, Family Mart, Aeon, Lawson. Also there is Hanamasa 24-hour grocery store in front of the hotel. Room is clean and spacious for Tokyo standard. Fit for family.

The hotel is clean and modern minimalist, although the rooms are small, but comfortable, not noisy, and the hotel facilities in front of the elevator there are cabinets containing extra pillows that can be used, in the hotel lobby there are equipment that can be taken as well, for example cotton buds, lotions, until mouthwash, complete ! And there are free drinks in the lobby. Easy to reach because it is close to Asakusabashi Station.

There are some great points from this place, but there are few things stood out for us: cleanliness and room facilities! It has almost everything that a family needs to stay for days, from kitchen utensils, washing machine, complete toiletries even down to body weighing scale and vacuum cleaner! I love the design of the room, bit spacious for Japan's location and sophisticated! 😉. If there's anything to improve is that the sofa in the picture should have been converted into a bed since there were 4 of us, but only 3 beds were provided.
