Smoking is strictly not allowed in this property

Pets are NOT allowed.

i. Upon booking confirmation, you are automatically agree on MYR50.00 cleaning fee per booking. Cleaning fee is payable directly to owner upon arrival (cash only).

ii. This unit is a privately owned unit and does not have reception counter. Hence, you are required to contact owner at least 48 hours before arrival date. Owner will be more than delighted to meet you and pass you the house/room key.

iii. You may be required to present valid government-issued identification at check-in, along with credit card / cash to cover the incidentals and deposits.

iv. All special request such as Early Check-In and Late Check-Out is not guaranteed and strongly subject to hotel’s availability.

v. Hotel may charge you additional fee for each extra person after reserves room’s maximum occupancy. Any availability of extra bed or baby crib is subject to hotel availability.

vi. Additional fee such as extra bed, food and beverage, telephone, room service etc is handled directly between guest and hotel.
