The best thing is located exactly across the PAH hospital. Kind of an old hotel, old facilities etc. Staff great. Food OK.

Red Rock Hotel Penang
The hotel is old. Everything is old in the room. The toilet was very smelly, even it 's cleaned, made us can't sleep. The towels are old, dull and torn. No slippers, no face tissue. But, the wifi was OK.

Good things: Friendly staff, comfortable room, nice view on rooftop, strategic location, beautiful lobby. Need to improve: Parking not friendly, unpleasant smell at toilet because of exhaust fan not maintain, sharp edge at the swimming pool, pool loungers in bad condition, required to login frequently for wifi.
