I had pleasant to stay at this family room hotel just nice to my family 2 adults and 2 children. unfortunately started have toiletries but not including tooth brush and paste. Bed sheet look yellowish and dirty but it's actually clean. The fridge inside the room not cold at all.

Wonderful experience, this is 2nd time chek in here. Spacious room, great breakfast, got halal certified from jakim. Just room not soundproof, overall great 9/10 highly recommended.

strategic location. friendly and polite staff, it's the best, parking is available behind the hotel, the room is big, spacious and clean, but it's not soundproof (you can hear the neighbors closing the door), the toilet is spacious and clean.

Check-in time taking so long about 15 minutes per guest. Hotel management should manage check-in time in a short time. My family so tired when need to wait for a long time because need to line up and taking so long time per guest!

The hotel is clean and spacious with a huge car park, near the river. The river view from the hotel is invigorating and the tall tower beside the hotel is very impressive. I enjoyed the bathroom facilities, especially, the shower with water coming down like a waterfall. There are also many restaurants near the hotel. Getting a good meal is not a problem. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and relatives who would travel to Kuantan.
