This is a strictly Non-Smoking Property. Penalty of MYR150.00 per room will be charged to if guest failed to oblige Hotel's Non-Smoking Policy. A tourism tax of MYR 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is excluded from the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Upon check-in, hotel Front Desk will collect from guests MYR 2.00 Local Government Fee per room per night (imposed by Penang Government starting from 1st June 2014). This fee is excluded from the hotel's room rates. You may be required to present valid government-issued identification at check-in, along with credit card / cash to cover the incidentals and deposits. All special request early check-in, late check-out, & extra bed for children are strongly subject to availability & cannot be guarantee. You are encouraged to contact hotel at least 24 hours before arrival for the special requests. Hotel may charge you additional fee for each extra person after reserves room’s maximum occupancy. Any availability of extra bed or baby crib is subject to availability.
