Basically they handled me much better compared to my previous stay before. Almost all of the staffs were polite (especially Jim as the manager), except Tessa. Just make sure not to have any business with that impolite staff. Other than her, they were polite. * Premiere your facilities were amazing. Just make sure to train your staff (named Tessa) to be more polite while handling the guest. She mentioned me: 1. “You know actually this conversation is unnecessary” (while at that time she was the one who didn't conceive about the law that applies worldwide (specifically regarding to consumer protection law) 2. She also jumped to my conversation while I was talking to her colleague and pointing that I was disrespected just because I mentioned “I'm a lawyer”. 3. Special for Tessa: “Hey young lady, if you feel disrespect just because of your incapability then can you imagine what I felt when you said “You know actually this conversation is unnecessary” through phone & directly on the reception table! Last but not least, yes I won't take this easily. I felt Tessa was so racist at that time just because I'm Asian. I bet she wouldn't be that ridiculous if my face looks “more European”. Most important, regarding to this issue, Jim took this issue super polite and gently! Really appreciated.
