Hotels near Metropolitan Cathedral of Immaculate Conception

I don't recommend this hotel. You better find other new hotels nearby. This hotel is overpriced, old & not maintained, a bit dirty & smelly. The telephone is not working. There is no hairdryer & inadequate/cheap toiletries. The housekeeping replaces only the towel when you request to make up the room and doesn't clean the room & toilet. A lot of insects in the toilet - small flies. You can hear the sounds & noise from the next door. This is the worst hotel from it's price range.

The hotel is dirty and delapidated. Lots of cockroaches in the room. The room were installed with digital Do not Disturb and Clean the Room sign, which I used that but no staff came to clean the room. Upon complaining in the reception we were told to in inform the front desk directly. The following day I informed the front desk and the guard too that we want our room to be clean but still no staff came to clean our room. Though this hotel is budget friendly but the staffs are not paying attention to their guests very basic request. The termites roaming in the roam plus a delapidated room and building are factors that aren't safe for guests. The unattentiveness of the staffs as well make this hotel unrecommendable at all.

I booked this hotel for family gathering, but then we met in Zamboanga City I was shock with the situation of the hotel bed mattresses and towels, its disgusting due to used and takes soiled status, “tagalog: gamit na gamit na talaga parang din na bleach”. Even toiletries and floor toilet towel not in place. I much expected with this business hotel but it score disappointed.

This hotel charged us 200 pesos for early check-in. They will really not let you in before 2pm even when your room is already ready unlike with other hotels in Zamboanga. First time to try this hotel and never again.

This hotel is too expensive and no Wifi in all rooms. So disappointed.
