The room was extremely comfortable and had all the amenities as stated. One thing I really liked was their smart TV, instead of just being able to surf the usual TV channels, I was able to connect my phone to the TV and play my own YouTube videos and shows from my phone, which I thought was quite cool. The hotel didn't feel congested or overcrowded at all despite the concierge informing us that they were almost fully booked that day, which was nice. They had a good breakfast spread-quite a variety of choices from oriental to american breakfast. Location was amazing as well! Right in the city centre-just right across the road from the MRT (City Hall) and near food places (Chijmes) and a mall (Raffles City), it was a breeze getting food and going to shop. Overall a 5/5 stay and would love to come back again!

After seeing the reviews of other guests, I was a bit scared to bring my family to this staycation. But when I actually checked in/my stay things aren't that bad and actually me and my family quite like this hotel.- Booked 4 rooms for 3d2n.- Check in was seamless fast/efficient just need get everyone's ID and the key is ready. Staff explained to us the details such as free parking/booking of pools limit to 5 guest/- As our rooms got is without breakfast staff explained to us that is $ 10 per person. So we gave it a try for 1D. -When we stepped into our rooms we were quite happy first thing first, room with Singapore flyer view.- Rooms' TV with Netflix! -Rooms are clean and although was a bit old but I must say is big + clean! - Room amenities that they even provide hotel slippers/cotton stick/body lotion!- I must say that for the location/room size and cleanliness is most important definitely I will come back to this hotel again! My experience/stay was definitely a pleasant one. Things are not really that bad from what other guest review la. Maybe different people different expectations. But I find it good. Will definitely be back again soon!

Really loved the stay and service! Had some issues with the room and Nicole offered to upgrade our room to the next category (Marina Bay view room to Collyer suite) and even asked if we wanted to take a look first since the view would be compromised. The suite was so much better than having a room with a view, thanks so much for the hospitality. They even brought the key card up to us and offered to help us move. The free wine given was also so splendid, the moving was all but a minor inconvenience and we so loved and enjoyed the suite room. We were also allowed an even later check out of 6pm -> 8pm. This is my third time in Fullerton and would definitely come here again! Dining here was awesome and we enjoyed the food thoroughly too. Facilities also is always top-notch. Loved the pool and gym facilities and use of sauna.

It was worth every cent!!! The hotelâs located right above Outram MRT Station. And thereâs so many restaurants within walking distance. You can actually go to Chinatown within 7-10 minutes by strolling slowly. Most importantly, it is only 1 station away from Harborfront if you need to travel through the ferry terminal, and you can go to Changi Airport by traveling from Outram MRT. Best location ever.

our stay was good all our request were immediately granted. we had a very comfortable stay here.our room was always clean although our sheets were not changed,our towels soaps and water,everyday was refilled.we were so happy to find a great hotel like this. however we had a hardtime looking for a nearest mrt. there are bus stops if you would prefer to take the bus going to the nearest mrt.. theres 2 mrt neart this hotel you just need to choose which one you wanted but its a bit far but grab and taxi is always around. overall 9/10 đ

The clean and almost staff here not kind, they very difficult, the room very small and noise, many room but they take all customers come to 1 room and make noisy, very bad, I think I lost 3 kg after I stay here because terrible đ˘.

It was a good stay, the hotel has the essentials covered well. Bed is OK, cleanliness also OK. AC good. Love the location, near MRT havelock. However things can be improved: the light in the hall-quite dark it 's a little creepy haha. Also the hot water sometimes take a while to get hot.

The check-in was smooth, and the staff at the front desk were courteous and efficient. Room Condition: The room was clean and comfortable, which made my stay enjoyable. It's a bit old hostel so can hear a bit noise but overall is OK. Light breakfast as shown is also given

Royal Hostel Singapore
The best part about Royal Hostel is that it is very close to the China Town MRT entrance. The rooms are a bit small but cool and clean. The only disturbance during my stay was from fellow residents who did not abide by the Hostel 's rules, with some making phone calls in the room and packing suitcases probably past midnight to 3am. The noise was very annoying as the room is rather small.
