The receptionists, doorman and etc. were so friendly and helpful. The room was wide, clear and bright. I love this place and, if I have a chance going back to Chiang Mai, I'll be here.
The hotel staff tried to solve various problems almost everyday such as air conditioner, television, amenities, and cockroaches that I found them 3 days in a row out of 5 days that I stayed there. I couldn't say that I was satisfied because the hotel staff should check a room that everything is functional before letting a guest checks in. They should have transferred me to a new functional room at the very first place. The house keepers didn't really clean the room and they didn't change towels for me. Instead of changing the towels, they put the old damp towels on my bed and on a chair in the room. This is unacceptable.
New hotel, new building, nice, tidy, clean. But the bathroom is easily to get slipped, especially for elders. It might need some anti-slip for more safety in the bathroom. Also it would be nice if there ' s a mat towel in every bathroom.
