The staff were really helpful and friendly.

There were small bugs in the room and other than that it was okay. It's closed to the airport and shopping places.

Parking area not enough...

Bad smell from air-conditioning and bathroom. Door lock not working well with room number502.

The bed and mattress are already old and expired, hotel need to change. I can't sleep and move to sleep on the floor.

The hotel is said to have 4 stars, but as it is today with wear, dirt and lack of maintenance, it should only have 2 stars. We stayed in room 6035 When we arrived there was old food on a plate in a cupboard. In the living room there were stains and holes on the wall. The bathroom has many black spots and the mirror has flaws. The towel rack in the bathroom was broken. 2 old and worn out bath towels. No smaller towels in the bathroom and no tea towels in the kitchen. There is a lot of room for improvement. Sorry, but we won't be back.
