Great hotel, clean and amazing staff. Highly recommended and where I'm staying I can't hear any noise at all.

I wasn't sure what to expect as this time around as most of the world is holding its breath, also Phuket had just re-opened. But as a truly seasoned traveler I must say that Baan Laimai, truly blew my expectations, the staff especially made every effort to ensure all guests were truly enjoying their stay. The facilities are truly very well looked after and the location is simply outstanding, food offering in the restaurant is very good and the breakfast really rich in choice. Hands down my top 1 destination in Phuket

When I check in, I was shock when the reception tell me I click the hotel just for one guest so I have to pay for one more guest. As we know, the price for 1 or 2 guest is the same, so I not notice I choose for 1 guest. I contact agent to solve the problem with a small amount of money. So next time be sure to input it right. The hotel is not at beach side like in the photo. It’s just beachfront. Location is strategic next to restaurant etc... breakfast is nice. Recommend.

Good location. Clean room hotel equipped with bath towels, beach towels and hot jug also compliment tea, coffee and bottles of water everyday comfortable place. Directly sea view, mini mart at next door, money changer and restaurants just walking in a minutes, shopping area, pub and transportation in front of the hotel, modern room decor, you can enjoying sunset at reception balcony terrace. This hotel is recommended to you

The room is just ordinary and don’t expect too much as it’s a budget hotel. Location is good and in front of the beach. There is one staff who is very friendly while the other one is not. The friendly staff brought us to cheap authentic Thai food nearby hotel.

Good value for money.+ location.+ small but comfy private pool.- the hotel is really old.- room noisy from hallway.

Quiet room on high floor with balcony was OK. Until noisy family came into room next door. With sliding doors open. Balcony is too small to sit on.
