Hotels in Bai Chay Ward

We paid for a double room with a window. The window das opening in a storage room, no fresh air at all. Instead of one double bed they joined twin beds and they didn't put sheets, just 2 blankets thrown on top of them. The bathroom was dirty as the rest of the room. We asked for the pool and the terrace and they were also closed. We went for breakfast and they didn't make new coffee, they gave us instant coffee for us to make. The only positive point is that staff was very polite but didn't understand a word if English. The one who spoke English asked for my number to help and never got in touch. The area around is completely deserted, just empty buildings. Definitely not recommended

Wyndham is home away from home. The quality of food and accommodation is excellent. Not to forget it has the best location and view any hotel would ask for. I would highly recommend tourists to drop in and experience the difference.

Wonderful place for staying in Halong. Quiet and very nature space make me feel very comfortable. Room was so clean and well decorated. Host is so supportive, he helped us a lot. Highly recommendation!
