Hotels in Hang Bac Ward

I've stayed there for three nights, feel comfortable & nice staff. The location is right in the heart of the old quarter area. So it's easy to reach any famous destination in Hanoi. Hope to come to Hanoi again next time.

It is nice to return back to this property after a 3 years gap due to the pandemic. It was previously known as Paradise Boutique Hotel, and underwent a rebranding exercise and it 's now known as Paradise Hotel and Spa under the care of a new management, I believe caused by the Pandemic. I choose this property because of its location, location, location-cleanliness, comfortable bed and surrounding local restaurants. Rates are once of the cheapest in the area and were marked down even further as they had decided to remove breakfasts, which was not a problem due to the many eateries around the hotel. Highly recommended hotel, but my concern is I will have problems booking this property in the future due to this recommendation - which had happened to me in other properties that I rated positively.

Good service and location. All the staff were nice and helpful! Just the breakfast buffet did not reach our expectation, need to wake up early if you want to try more food :)

Room is large, bed too but no clean here no have hairdryer.

This accommodation is located very near with hoan kiem lake (the center attraction at Hanoi), located at old quarter center, nearby many cafes and the walking street. Overall is ok, nothing disappointing

Everything is bad. The staffs are rude and very impolite. The room is dirty. The beds are very uncomfortable.
