Hotels in Hanoi

Been here before. And the reason I comeback again is because of the staff and the hotel location is amazing. Its close by to everywhere. 2 mins walking to the night market, and the famous banh mi 25 is literally infront of the hotel. The staff is amazing friendly and helpful. If you plan to stay here better choose the room with balcony, otherwise you gonna ended up staying in the small room and you won't feel comfortable. The room with balcony is spacious enough.

The location was very convenient, but the TV never works. The front office staff was very helpful and friendly after All.

There is not much to say, I mean, the young female receptionist once hung up on me when I was trying to confirm my reservation. Furthermore, her fulltime-grumpy attitude amazes me to the core. Last but not least, she was always on her phone when I came to the reception, it was like guests were not her priorities at all. It was like me begging for a room rather than a guest paying. Even though when I checked out, a super nice older lady supported me with all her might, and I would hardly return to the hotel anytime soon.

This hotel were fully booked but was not updated yet even I paid for the room. They automatically sold my booking to another nearby hotel with poor quality.

Thanks for staff, they very kind. Feel like at home. This small hotel with strategic location. I must stay here again if go to hanoi again

All good, the staff, room cleaners, friendly staff, good breakfast, really enjoying my stay with them for 2 night
