Hotels in Hanoi

We arrived around 3am in the morning, the reception staff was reluctant to attend our complaints as the room was not as per our request. We were given a room at the 2nd floor facing the street, so it was busy and noisy when we tried to sleep, the room was so small also the bathroom with unpleasant smell like soaked old wood. The hotel for sure needs a renovation. The next day we were transferred to a bigger room. Despite those issues, we appreciate the help from the hotel staffs, who helped to book restaurant and transportation. The location of the hotel is great because it is located in the vicinity of the old quarter, many restaurant and shops within walking distance.

The location was very convenient, but the TV never works. The front office staff was very helpful and friendly after All.

This hotel were fully booked but was not updated yet even I paid for the room. They automatically sold my booking to another nearby hotel with poor quality.

Maybe because we book very late, we have not prepared room, still confi enough but not in 3star hotel level

Near to the Noor Mosque. Staff is helpful. Decent accommodation.
