This hotel was so fantastic, receptionists were lovely and welcome drink that was hot local tea was so nice. Certainly, location was in the centre and there was the big restaurant in front of the hotel, if you have no idea to find meal, choose it. It was quite nice.

Tulip Hotel 1
We booked for 2 nights and everything was good until last day for check out they are very strict and it take a lot of time to check out you need to prepare the time for that. We use purple shampoo and it dropped on towel they thought we make the towel dirty and have to pay the fee. That I never see any hotel check that very detailed but we need to wash for them to prove that it can wash. We almost missed the flight. But the location is good and No AC in the room that what we just know when we arrived anyway it was cold at night.

Reception services always friendly & ready to help. Keep it up.
However, various strands of hair that dont belong to me were on the bedsheet below the duvet/cover. The bedsheet was crumpled. Cant help but feel that the bedsheet was not fresh/clean. We were staying 1 nite & on Christmas Eve so we just put up with it.
The soundproofing of the room was poor. There was commotion (man shouting) in the street in the wee hours and it kept me up. As there was no aircon, keeping the window open was necessary for cool ventilation.
Lift available. The flooring leading to the lift and 2nd level has a 2-4cm drop and is hardly distinct so you have to be careful. I had a sudden 'drop' experience and my shoetip kicked it another time.
Price is good for its location.

Good location, walking distance to the night market. Many nice foods nearby. Friendly and helpful staffs. Thanks for the local foods recommendation. Big room with window.

Tulip City View Hotel
I booked here for 3 night. Only manage to stay 1 night due to renovation on going the whole hotel. Was grateful to the customer service there for assisting me on the check in check out. Everything was so easy. Love their service. Only hope that the overall room can improve. The TV is outdated compared to Tulip Hotel 2.
