Service is not good. the male staff who tried to charge me 200k for the free water last time, tried to give me a deluxe room instead of premium room which I booked. since I've stayed in this hotel many times, I know the room given to me was not the right one. I have to deal with this trouble male staff member to get a premium room that I've paid for. very unprofessional, never again.
I arrived around 11 pm from the airport and came to this place. I didn't know that I had booked the room in hours (so actually, some hotels can be used only for certain hours). There was no detailed information while I was booking, no translation or advance information until I met the hotel receptionist who couldn't speak English. So I decided to just go for another hotel with the frustration. I hope either app or the hotel could put or translate this important information for many people to avoid any misunderstanding.
Nice clean room, new look, ok light system. Suitable for couples. However, the room is not very soundproof. When we go out in the hallway or the next room, we hear everything
They didn't check mail from agent when I booked. So when I came, my VIP room was not available. And I had to choose another VIP room with not same quality and furniture as the first. I hope they don't take the same mistake in the future.

The room has a water leak in the ceiling of the toilet, the soundproofing is not good. I stayed 2 nights, the second night at 2:00 a.m. the police came in for an administrative check.
