The room is spacious, clean, and the staff are all very friendly and enthusiastic. The downside is that the TV doesn't have an internet connection and the window faces the side so the room is a bit dark. If I go back, I will choose a room with a balcony for more light.

Hanging the goat head selling dog meat literally! On the map, one place is very attractive to the place, the hotel is located in another place farther, one-way street ... Then like not interested in guests! I paid in advance, so I didn't care about the guests, the hotel didn't have any rented rooms, the vacant rooms were full but kind of because I was a guest with a prepayment so I arranged for a room that was horrible. Best! room 301, 3rd floor. TV only 14 inches, air conditioning is not cool though adjusting 16 degrees. for 3 hours still have to fan but still hot! After complaining several times, the room 302 was changed, this room is equally bad! The air conditioner is still not cold, but the fan is always damaged, the faucet is small! The refrigerator is like a plow! In general, I rented it to my parents, but my parents said that I could not sleep because the air conditioner was so noisy but did not dare to tell me, until I checked out the room. extremely disappointed about the hotel.

Dirty hotel, got skin allergies after staying there

Service boring, wait staff help, wifi hard to use, breakfast bored, pay for coffee though it included in breakfast, not worth staying in this hotel.

Bed sheets, blankets are not clean, air conditioners are noisy, so they cannot sleep.

My partner and I are from Saigon and we decided to be "tourists" in the city during Xmas time as we didn't want the hassle of travelling away in the busiest time of the year. We chose Ba Dat homestay by random and we were very happy with Ms. Linh's host. Though its a bit challenging for non Vietnamese to find this place, it appears to be a cosy budgeted base for you to explore District 6, an area that is not so popular even to local. we had our reservations but upon checking this hotel is under renovation and no one had informed us. We believe someone from this app would explain to us, how come such this incident had happened? haven't you have been checked if the said hotel are still operating? why would it still included on the list of active hotels as as option?
