A solid 4 stars hotel, clean and modern; Beautiful and very big facility, delicious breakfast. Very reasonable price for 4 stars.

Probably one of my worst stay ever. The organization and the service is bad, hotel is quite ran down.

The hotel is amazing! The staff is always here for you when you need help. We tried the food but it's definitely not the best kitchen is Ninh Binh unfortunately. The swimming pool is incredible!

People 's somehow mistaken my room and knock on it several times. Pool is dirty and can't swim. The room has no bathtub as description. With this price I would expect more in the service. The host was nice though.

The owner is very friendly and enthusiastic, the staff is also very happy. The room is clean and airy. The price I paid and the room I received was too okela, next time I come back I will stay here. When I returned, I also received a gift from the owner. Here is very close to tourist attractions too. Overall, the trip was very satisfying😍😍

Terrible breakfast selection - no juice, no fruit, no bread/toast, no cereal, no egg choices (omlette, scrambled, boiled etc). So noisy with construction happenning next door. Location is not ideal - better options for food, etc. In Tam Coc. I would stay there next time. My opinion is it was overpriced for what the accommodation was.
