Hotels in Phan Rang - Thap Cham City

Great hotel! Friendly staff, clean room, breakfast is good too.

One of the only hotels on Phan Rang beach. The location is good, building is well-maintained and the rooms are OK. Only complaint is the price was a little expensive for a room with no window.

I stayed here for 2 days but on Sunday the power went out at 2pm while I was sleeping and experienced terrible heat. The water in the bathroom was too weak, the towels were dry and hard, looked very old. The soundproofing was super bad, you could hear the sounds outside clearly from inside the room. Overall, the experience was not good. The plus points are that there is a car park and it is close to the center.

- Hotel phone corrupted; no water for 1 night & 1 morning; no sorry word; - We booked on holiday, so all rooms were almost full. The first night was okie. But the second night and next morning was too bad. No water on the bath room for 2nd night and only a little bit water for next morning. No one on the hotel inform or say sorry to us. When I go to the hotel reception to ask, they said that water pump is overload. But when the new customer go to book, they still said "will have water"...

Helpful staffs. Quite location. Close to the beach.
