This property requires all guests to submit complete names and corresponding document/passport numbers for all guests on the reservation prior to arrival. Guests must contact this cruise ship 1 day in advance to arrange transportation from Hanoi- Old Quarter or at Hanoi Opera House, which is 3.5 hours away by car. A roundtrip daily transfer from Hanoi to Ha Long departs between 7:30 AM and 8 AM, at USD 20 per passenger. Following the cruise, a van will transport guests back to Hanoi.
