The staff so helpful. They have lift and the staff help us to bring our luggage
The room same like the picture, they even upgraded our room to family room for free. Room and bathroom so clean. Sadly i just spend 1 nights, because i will go to Sapa

We checked in at 7pm, stayed for 2 nights. The receptionist asked us to move another hotel due to some issues with the room but without inform in advance, and of course we know it 's not true, they just reserved our room for other guests as it 's really common here. The replacement hotel is so dirty and old, not matched with our booking at all. Next day they moved us back to their hotel, room OK and as same as photo. Summary, we are not happy and ready disappointed hotel service.

The Lobby was filled with used stuff and no proper place to sit. The room was smelly, some part of floor was chapped, it looks different from the photos provided. Unfortunately, we didn't take any photos to prove the condition of the hotel.

Great staffs. Good room. Will be better if all glasses was cleaned. They are working on renovation, I guess rooms will be more beautiful. I will be back if I have a chance to visit Ha Noi Old Town again. I booked a family room with balcony.

I booked and paid on Traveloka. When I arrived in Hanoi and checked in, the receptionist was quite surprised by my appearance, then she checked and informed me that the room I booked had not been paid by the customer, she gave me 2 directions. Upgrade my room and I will have to pay an additional 150,000 VND, she thinks this is already the support of the hotel because normally this room is more expensive, but she doesn't know the problem here is that I don't need this type of room, I just want to stay in the room I booked. She will return the money I booked and she also knows that it is difficult to find another hotel at that time. I have to pay extra to check in because I didn't have much time to travel and find another hotel in a good location on the weekend. The experience I have here is: I was not welcomed with preparation from the hotel. The hotel's solution is unprofessional and does not respect the rights of customers. The room was not commensurate with the price I paid, and did not feel airy and clean like the one in the picture.
