We had a pleasant stay at Millennium Hanoi Hotel. When We were arrived at the dawn, we were given with a warm welcome from the receptionist and he offered us to have a breakfast until We are able to check in. The breakfast menu is good although it is very simple. For sleeping, the pillow is also very good and they have clean rooms. We will stay here again if We have more chance going to Hanoi for vacation

Everything is good, the location of the hotel, the staff, the facility, but the room is quite small for someone who is traveling with 2 luggages like me. Other than that, everything is good.

Because I have small children, I read all 800 reviews before finalizing, so I was given priority to check in early before 1 hour. Central location with nearby locations. Clean and thoughtful rooms. In general, I will come back here every summer and Tet.

The room same like the picture, they even upgraded our room to family room for free. Room and bathroom so clean. Sadly i just spend 1 nights, because i will go to Sapa

We checked in at 7pm, stayed for 2 nights. The receptionist asked us to move another hotel due to some issues with the room but without inform in advance, and of course we know it 's not true, they just reserved our room for other guests as it 's really common here. The replacement hotel is so dirty and old, not matched with our booking at all. Next day they moved us back to their hotel, room OK and as same as photo. Summary, we are not happy and ready disappointed hotel service.
