Bad experience I had the first time I went out. I mistakenly booked the room on 20-23 (should have been 17-20), changing or canceling before 24 hours is easy to handle while I check in 3 days before, but this hotel makes it difficult and intends to add money ! On the afternoon of the 17th, I signed a contract to change the date of my stay and in the evening a staff member called to confirm okela, then on the morning of the 18th I just woke up and went out to play, before I could greet the guests, I asked "you pay me the money last night". I said "oh man, it's been solved but now I have to close anything" and I said it couldn't be solved. I called the app again to process it, the staff said "the hotel wants to make up for another 100k" while if I booked on 17-20, it should have been reduced by 40k on the app. And this 100k is a hotel that requires external revenue, but the app still reports about changing rooms completely free of charge. Receptionist attitude when not asking for money is very three points. And I think this is the hotel owner who accepted to be the receptionist to talk about money, but the receptionist works like this, so it should be reconsidered.

Hotel decor is very cozy. Clean, airy room, new furniture, reasonable price. The staff at the hotel are also very enthusiastic and honest, when I left my clothes when I checked out, I did not find out until the hotel party called and sent it back to me. The hotel is located in Cau Giay, just walking down the street, is the famous local brand, very suitable for shopping addicts like me.

Nhân viên không nhiệt tình, phòng tắm hết nước nóng. Mượn khách sạn cái bàn là thì nhân viên trả lời bàn là phòng 301 đang mượn, em tự xuống hỏi người ta mà lấy, anh không xuống đâu. Ai có nhu cầu là quần áo có lẽ phải mang bàn là từ ở nhà đi cho chắc.
