Hi , Westlake Tay Ho Hotel is summary is Ok, but it a little bit noisy. General is good, staff and all facilities are good also view from the room where we stay. Ok, recommend.

On the app, I checked in at 2pm the day before and checked out at 12 the next day, but when I asked, the room was calculated by the hour, not the night?

Room is not a problem but I am not satisfied with the way the hotel has just charged the hotel while the customer has not used the hotel service, the hotel receptionist talks unprofessionally yes The attitude is not good for customers with improper behavior is the service people do not see what customers are. Next time I will never come to this hotel again.
