If you're lucky, you'll get the cheapest place to stay in Yogyakarta. The room was clean, neat, there is a soap only, the TV was not Smart TV yet. AC is cold, water heater was perfect, parking lot is big enough, the staff are super friendly.

Very nice hotel very close to Jogja City Mall. Room rate was so good compare with others with the same facilities. Clean, all staffs were so kind and helpful. Will go there again for sure.

Such a pleasant stay! Located inside campus area, pretty clean, calm surrounding, not much noise. The room is clean and comfy, they provide praying mat and Qur'an, electric kettle, the blanket is pretty warm, AC is good, hot water functioning as it should, and the bathrom is pretty spacious. They do provide hairdryer, but what I got in my room was pretty old, the button/switch was broken and the air is barely blowing, so I decided not to use it. I ordered roomservice and the food was great! (Bakmi Jawa & Soto Ayam) The price is reasonable, and the taste was just perfect! You can jogging / walking in the surrounding area in the morning. The air and the ambience was nice. If you staying at the hotel on Sunday, you could visit Sunmor near the hotel.

So far so good, need to focus on cleanliness of the bathroom.
