Best hotel in bekasi because next to the biggest shopping center in the city and the room was big and nice view and cleanliness. Staff and security really helpful and very friendly.

the fist room it has electric problems then then they move us to the terrible room, no WiFi at all, they said it has problem, but I'm pretty sure that I book that room including the WiFi, the person who help me to check in doesn't care at all when we have electricity problems start from 1 pm until 6pm can u imagine?
