Spacious hotel that has got clean onsen, excellent breakfast buffet, chilling hotel bar and friendly staffs. I am very enjoy my whole day spent in this hotel. Very relaxing ambiance and feel being welcomed.

The best first winter experience ever!!! Thanks to Nest at the trees 😘 The crews are very pleasant, friendly, helpful, and they can speak English fluently. Most of the crew are Australian, hence, problem-free communication. But not quite sure whether they’re just work on winter only or the whole year. You’re gonna find the hotel room Tha Best, with mountain Yotei view on huge window, You can open and close the window to feel the snowfall directly, quite large room, practical bed, good room heater, a very nice shampoo and body soap (unlike regular hotels), also they provide 4k tv with internet connection so we can switch to YouTube or Netflix. I found Onsen in this hotel totally awesome! It’s clean, large, and the outside onsen is where I always want to be. Most of the times I’m all alone in the onsen, not very much people there, so it’s kinda feel like a private onsen 😂 As per me and my wife, this is the first time snow experience, they have a very and I mean it, very vast snow yard, and it’s so powdery. Lastly, when I thought that it’ll be another hectic on how we’re gonna go to the Kutchen station after checking out, they literally providing free ride with a car. $310 per night considering the facilities and services, it’s totally worthy. 10/10 as of my personal review.

This hotel has good location, near from Grand Hirafu (for skiing). They have a shuttle bus to the main sites (Welcome center, ski rental, supermarket, food trucks, etc). The room was too small compared to the price I have to pay. And the service also wasn’t good. I request and ask for high floor from the first I book this hotel, but they gave me a room in second floor and they said they didn’t have higher floor. I ask for how to turn on the air conditioner (because the panel is in Japanese) but they said just open the window. When I booked for White Isle snow mobile, they said, they gave us a voucher for special rate, I thought I’ll get a discount on it, but the price is the same. It wasn’t a good experience to spent a night in Ki Niseko, too bad for 4 stars hotel/ ski resort.

The only two things that made me want to stay at this place are: 1. The onsen: The outdoor mix onsen was spectacular, my wife and I enjoyed it very much. The indoor onsens were meh and old 2. Cheap: It is the cheapest ryokan with onsen at Niseko. Two disatisfactions: 1. Breakfast: It was just ok. 2. Room size: small, but the room is cheap, what more can you ask for the price? If you don't care about the room size and breakfast and you just want to enjoy onsen. You are in for a great deal

We stayed in Midtown Niseko for a week in Jan 2024. Room-more spacious than expected, with lots of closet space, shelves and hooks for our clothes and ski attire, boots etc. There is also a small shelf in the toilet to put toiletries, skincare etc which was nice. We had no problems with the bed, contrary to many reviews. Not the most comfortable but still decent. Room cleaning service every 3 days. Location-Free Niseko shuttle bus, Hanazono shuttle, Niseko United Shuttle and local bus services all stop directly outside or opposite the hotel which was very convenient. Else it's a 20min walk to the main area/slopes. The hotel also provided shuttle service to Hirafu Welcome Centre on our last day to catch our bus to the airport. Overall happy with our stay and great value for money especially during the peak season.

Spacious accommodation with a good onsen.

the hotel is good. complete facilty with onsen. next to .base, to get ski equipment and lift ticket. they give discount for the lift too.

Location is good. It is a nice cozy place to stay. Weather is cold and everywhere full of white snow. The hotel near to Grand Hirafu Ski Resort. Opposite road have convenient shop. The breakfast also very nice taste.
