My Sea view room wasn’t ready yet. The staff kindly offered me an upgraded room with a city view on a higher floor, and I accepted. The room was incredibly spacious, but unfortunately, it felt a bit neglected. Perhaps it was a backup room? I noticed hair on the floor and even a false eyelash stuck to the mirror. When I pulled back the curtains, dust particles floated in the air, and the windows were dirty, dusty, and even starting to show signs of mold. There were also hair remnants in the bathtub drain. For a hotel of this caliber, I believe more attention should be given to room cleanliness.
However, what really impressed me was the excellent customer service. The front desk staff were polite, informative, and offered helpful solutions when my original room wasn’t ready. When I requested extra soap from housekeeping (it might have been missed during the previous refill), they went the extra mile by providing additional water and extra condiments like tea and coffee.
The hotel facilities were outstanding—an amazing pool with both city and ocean views, friendly staff, a fully equipped gym, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, and clean bathing areas—everything was perfect. And the food? Absolutely fantastic! There was a wide variety of dishes, all delicious. You can check @shbrzt for another pictures and I recommend going early in the morning with an empty stomach to fully enjoy it.
I will definitely return! Hopefully, they’ll improve the room cleanliness by then.
