Ticket redemption cannot be done simultaneously with tickets in the same area (jatim park2 + drive thru) which were also purchased at traveloka, while the queue at that time was very long and it was raining. There was no clear indication of the redemption location, the location was thrown away, the position was far away and it was raining. Finally, the ticket was forfeited unused. Management should improve the digitalization system that makes it easier for customers to redeem tickets from partner applications.
